Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires a results-oriented professional who can meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Market Intelligence



Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Identify new market segments and business opportunities Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge

Administrative & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
Required Qualifications

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

IF any Experience



1-3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Strong organizational and time management abilities Problem-solving mindset and resilience Valid driver's license (if travel required)
