We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company's products and services with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in [B2B/B2C/industry-specific] sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel as required.
