Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Manage billing and handle basic cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness and display of the store Track stock levels and report when items are low Meet daily/weekly sales targets Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and billing knowledge Willingness to learn about products and store operations Ability to work in a team and handle pressure Customer-focused approach
