Key responsibilities

Lead generation and prospecting:

Identifying potential customers through methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Customer relationship management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing clients.

Product demonstration and presentation:

Presenting products or services, highlighting features, and explaining how they solve customer problems.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiating prices and terms and preparing sales agreements and contracts to close deals.

Meeting sales targets:

Consistently working to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Customer support:

Addressing customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.

Administrative tasks:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity, often in a CRM system.

Collaboration:

Working with other internal teams, such as marketing, to align sales strategies and provide a cohesive customer experience.
