Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels like cold calling, referrals, emails, and social media.

Customer Engagement:

Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs, present products or services, and highlight how they solve problems.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide targeted pitches and answer all customer questions.

Sales Process Management:

Guide customers through the sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Relationship Management:

Foster and maintain strong, positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Performance and Reporting:

Track sales activity, analyze performance, meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, and provide reports on customer needs and market trends to management.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to refine sales strategies and ensure alignment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
