We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell dental laboratory equipment and consumables. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of dental products and laboratory processes, with a proven ability to develop strong relationships with dental labs, clinics, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
:
Sales & Business Development
Identify, approach, and secure new clients within the dental lab market.
Manage and grow existing accounts by offering tailored solutions and regular follow-ups.
Promote and demonstrate dental lab equipment (e.g., CAD/CAM systems, furnaces, 3D printers) and consumables (e.g., impression materials, resins, burs).
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on product offerings, technological trends, and competitor activities.
Provide product training, demonstrations, and support to clients and distributors.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental labs, prosthodontists, and dental technicians.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-sales support.
Sales Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer feedback, and market insights using CRM tools.
Requirements
:
Proven sales experience in the dental or medical devices industry, preferably with dental lab equipment or consumables.
Strong knowledge of dental lab workflows and product categories.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related field preferred.

Existing network in dental laboratories or clinics.
Technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate advanced equipment (e.g., digital workflows).
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets.
