Objective - To act as a real estate agent to the prospect and help them make the buying decisions for residential or commercial property. You will be on the front end calling the customers, understanding their finances and offering the best solutions from the available resources. You will be playing an important role in contributing towards the company\'s revenue. Responsibilities - \xe2\x97\x8f Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification. \xe2\x97\x8f Handle Clients queries and their requirements of real estate property \xe2\x97\x8f Sell real estate Commercial and residential properties to Clients . \xe2\x97\x8f Show client different available option of properties \xe2\x97\x8f Build Relationships with clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Go for meetings/site tours/inspections with clients \xe2\x97\x8f Database management related to Clients and Properties. \xe2\x97\x8f Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status. \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self. \xe2\x97\x8f Close prospective clients and ensure collections Interpersonal/Trade Skills Required - Communication, Sales, Persuasion, Negotiation, Collaboration Technical Skills Required - Having an experience is using CRM. Good understanding on using Excel sheet. Other Requirements - Qualification - Should be a graduate Years of experience - minimum 1 plus years in real estate sales (not presales). Commercial real estate sales experience preferred. Salary bracket - up to 30K to the deserving candidate. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Shift:
