Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1 to 2 years of work experience recuired in Automation industry

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including lead generation campaigns, networking, and online research.

Needs Assessment and Solution Development:

Understand customer needs, pain points, and objectives to identify appropriate automation solutions and develop tailored proposals.

Sales Presentation and Negotiation:

Present automation solutions to potential clients, demonstrate their value, and negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Cycle Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely progress and accurate record-keeping.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to support sales efforts.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies and consistent performance.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the automation space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Presentation Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with clients, build rapport, and present complex information clearly.

Sales Experience:

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably with experience in the automation industry or related technical fields.

Technical Acumen:

Understanding of automation technologies, software, and hardware solutions.

Negotiation and Closing Skills:

Ability to negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals effectively.

Relationship Building:

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and address customer needs and challenges.

Self-Motivation and Drive:

Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.

CRM Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

Bachelor's Degree:

Preferred, particularly in a field related to engineering, business, or marketing.
Additional Considerations:

Industry Specific Knowledge:

Understanding of the specific automation solutions and applications relevant to the industry.

Travel:

May require some travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
