Role Overview:
We are hiring a Floor Sales Executive to handle walk-ins, manage leads, and ensure a premium retail customer experience on the showroom floor. The ideal candidate must be strong in communication, sales closing, and basic software operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and guide them through products & finishes
Present product collections, customization options, and brand value
Follow up on enquiries via phone/WhatsApp and convert leads to sales
Manage billing, invoicing, and order processing via Zoho Books & Zoho PoS*
Update customer details, enquiry logs, and daily sales trackers
Maintain showroom display standards and stock readiness
Assist with packaging, dispatch, and repair/return coordination
Support stock audits, replenishment, and reporting activities
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years experience in
premium/luxury retail
(preferred)
Fluent in multiple languages (Kannada, English, Hindi Mandatory; Tamil/Telugu will be an additional advantage)
Software knowledge:
? Zoho Books
? Zoho PoS
? MS Excel (basic to intermediate)
? Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Good grooming, etiquette, and presentation standards
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Compensation
Salary:?18,000 - ?22,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance incentives may be offered additionally

Full-time | 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM
Retail showroom shifts (fixed or rotational based on policy)
