Mindfully Sorted is a women-focused mental health & emotional well-being startup, incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. We've impacted 50,000+ women through transformational retreats and programs.

Role:

Calling and engaging leads from Instagram, Facebook & website Explaining our women's retreats and programs Building trust, nurturing leads & closing conversions. Conversion to Retreat Participant is the lead KPI. Regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp, Email marketing

Who Can Apply:

? Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language preferred)

? Experience in telecalling / sales / lead conversion (preferred)

? Empathetic, confident & result-oriented

? Passion for women empowerment
