We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and converting prospects into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and financing options.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demos, and test rides.
Generate leads through showroom visits, field visits, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
Follow up with enquiries and maintain a strong customer database.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments for documentation.
Assist customers in booking, invoicing, and delivery process.
Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure post-sale follow-ups.
Keep track of competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
Ensure showroom display, vehicle cleanliness, and branding standards.
Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and events.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp communication).
Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate.
Prior experience in automobile sales preferred (Fresher with passion can apply).
Valid driving license for two-wheeler (mandatory).
