We are looking for Sales Executives to help us grow our network of partner restaurants in Bangalore. At
ROLL2BOWL
, we offer a zero-commission, subscription model that helps hotel owners save money. Your job is to find these hotels, explain how we work, and get them signed up on our platform.
What You Will Do
Identify & Visit:
Find local hotels and restaurants that would benefit from our platform.
Onboard:
Handle the end-to-end process of getting a restaurant registered and live.
Pitch:
Clearly explain our subscription model versus the high-commission models they currently use.
Hit Targets:
Work toward monthly onboarding goals to maximize your earnings.
The Pay & Incentives
You will receive a fixed base salary, but we really want people who are motivated by
incentives.
For every hotel you successfully onboard, you earn a direct commission. There is no limit--the more restaurants you bring in, the more you take home.
What We Need From You
Communication:
You should be comfortable talking to business owners. Being able to speak
Kannada
and
English
is very important for this role.
Experience:
Some previous experience in sales or field work is helpful, but a good attitude and a willingness to learn matter more.
