Outbound calling to prospective customers (students/parents in Karnataka)
Achieve a minimum of 80 connected calls per day
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for Associates
Maintain daily call and demo scheduling quotas
Update CRM with call outcomes and scheduled demos
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
80+ connected calls per day (mandatory)
Number of qualified demos scheduled per day/week/month
Demo attendance rate for scheduled demos
CRM update compliance
Requirements:
0-1 year sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
Fluent in Kannada & English (must)
High energy, persistence, and accountability

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
