As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored solutions from our portfolio of properties. You will be the face of our company and a key contributor to our success.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out potential client and nurturing relationships to generate New business Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads effectively.

Negotiation and Closing:-

Assist clients with the negotiation process, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability. Close deals effectively by guiding clients through the paperwork and formalities.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings to provide clients with informed advice. Share insights with the sales team to help refine strategies.

Post-Sale Follow-up:

Ensure a smooth transition for client's post-sale by coordinating with relevant departments. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for potential future referrals and repeat business. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other sales team members to align strategies and share leads. Participate in team meetings and training sessions toimprove product knowledge and sales techniques

Reporting

: Regularly update management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

? Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mind set.

? Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

? Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
