. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and closing property sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls related to real estate projects
Explain property details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and CRM systems
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Willingness to work on weekends (as per real estate requirements)
