Job Description

Manage frontend retail sales: Greet walk-in customers, demonstrate products (drones, robots, accessories), provide expert advice, and close sales in the showroom. Handle inbound/outbound calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve queries on products, pricing, availability, and services (e.g., repairs, rentals, training). Online sales follow-up: Proactively follow up on website leads, chat inquiries, and e-commerce orders via calls, WhatsApp, or email to nurture and convert prospects. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and bundle offers. Create, design sales documents as and when required (quotations, specifications etc., ) Build strong customer relationships: Offer personalized recommendations, post-sale support, and feedback collection to ensure repeat business and referrals. Maintain showroom standards: Assist in product displays, inventory checks, and basic demos (e.g., product demonstration.,) Coordinate with backend teams for order processing, deliveries, and service bookings. Track sales performance using CRM tools and report daily/weekly metrics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
