Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries and provide expert guidance on property options
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and on-site visits
Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties
Manage the full sales cycle -- lead qualification, negotiation, documentation, and closing
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, new launches, and competitor projects
Represent the brand professionally and uphold the company's 40-year legacy of trust
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Target-driven approach and a positive attitude
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (training provided)
Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a bonus
