Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, enjoys interacting with

customers, and has a creative eye for gifting. This role is ideal for someone early in their

career who wants to grow in the premium gifting and events industry.

Key Responsibilities

? Handle incoming customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and website.

? Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gifting solutions.

? Prepare quotations, pricing options, and hamper suggestions.

? Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth buying experience.

? Track enquiries, follow up leads, and convert prospects to confirmed orders.

? Work on EleWrap's tools and platforms (training will be provided).

? Share creative input for gift curation, themes, and presentation.

? Assist in maintaining order pipelines, sales sheets, and CRM entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 0-1 year of experience (freshers with interest in sales are welcome).

? Strong communication skills -- spoken and written.

? Customer-friendly attitude with good listening skills.

? Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.

? Creative mindset with interest in gifting, themes, and aesthetics.

? Ability to learn and work on EleWrap's internal tools and software.

? Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
