The Mom Store is a leading maternity and kids' lifestyle brand, offering a curated range of maternity wear, nursing essentials, baby clothing, and accessories. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executives to join our retail team at our Indiranagar and HRBR Layout stores.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing products based on their needs.
Provide product information and guidance, especially related to maternity wear, women's apparel, and kids' clothing.
Maintain in-store visual merchandising and ensure products are neatly displayed.
Handle billing and manage POS system efficiently.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets set by the store.
Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain excellent service standards.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Basic understanding of ladies' and kids' clothing categories.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
Ability to work on weekends and during peak store hours.
Basic knowledge of billing, POS, or retail operations (added advantage).
What We Offer
Competitive salary (?15,000 - ?20,000 based on experience).
Training on product knowledge and store operations.
