Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations in the store.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and sales pipeline, to evaluate progress against targets.
Identify areas of underperformance and implement corrective actions promptly to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years of retail sales experience (required).
Customer support experience (preferred).
Knowledge of superbikes or motorcycles (an added advantage).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
Additional Details:
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
6 days a week, with 1 day off.
Salary:
?25,000 to ?40,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
