About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our trip management and travel services team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages, coordinating with clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth trip planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Lead Conversion



Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. Handle inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries. Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. Meet monthly and weekly sales targets.

2. Client Interaction & Relationship Management



Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans. Provide detailed information about packages, pricing, itineraries, and policies. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

3. Trip Planning & Coordination



Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport partners, and activity providers. Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel documents. Ensure timely delivery of tickets, vouchers, and confirmations. Assist clients during their trip in case of changes or issues.

4. Market Research & Reporting



Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and pricing. Collect customer feedback for service improvement. Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.

Skills & QualificationsRequired



Graduate (Preferred: Tourism, Hospitality, Business). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and WhatsApp communication. Good persuasion and negotiation ability. Passion for travel and exploring new destinations.

Preferred



Experience in travel sales, tour operations, or trip coordination. Knowledge of travel portals, ticketing systems, or GDS (optional). Good understanding of hotels, transport, and destination trends.
