Key Responsibilities

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in system integration projects.

o Manage and grow existing key accounts by providing excellent customer service.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
o Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

Sales Execution
o Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
o Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
o Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
: 3-5 years in sales within system integration, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
Technical Knowledge
: Familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, IT Infra (servers, networking), passive infra (fiber, cabling), and workstation deployment.
Communication Skills
: Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Language Skills
: Ability to converse in Hindi; knowledge of at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) preferred.
Interpersonal Skills
: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Other Attributes
: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
