Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability in stores.
Take orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely supply.
Collect market information and competitor insights.
Maintain daily sales report and update management regularly.
Requirements
Good communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English).
Experience in FMCG/snacks/beverages sales preferred (not mandatory).
Must be comfortable with field work.
Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
Minimum education: Degree.
