. We are distributors for multiple leading brands and now wish to further expand our business across Karnataka.
Role Overview
We are looking for
Sales Personnel
to promote and grow the sales of
Sealants
in Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have
good knowledge and contacts among aluminium and plywood hardware dealers
in the state and be able to support and grow our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell
Dow Sealants
through:
Aluminium hardware dealers
Plywood & hardware dealers
Fabricators, contractors, and interior firms
Develop and manage a strong dealer network across key towns and cities in Karnataka.
Regular market visits to dealers to generate orders, resolve issues, and ensure product visibility.
Identify new dealers and markets for Dow Sealants.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall growth of the sealants business.
Coordinate with internal team for pricing, orders, deliveries, and payment follow-up.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
2-7 years in
sales of construction materials / hardware / building products
, preferably dealing with:
Aluminium hardware
Plywood & hardware dealers
Sealants, adhesives, or related products
Market Knowledge:
Good understanding of aluminium and plywood hardware markets in Karnataka.
Existing relationships with dealers will be a strong advantage.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering / MBA preferred but not compulsory).
Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building
Negotiation and closing skills
Self-driven and willing to travel extensively within Karnataka
