Role Overview



The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, convincing ability, and a customer-first attitude.



Key Responsibilities



1. Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, and referrals.



2. Present and explain products/services to clients clearly and professionally.



3. Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions.



4. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.



5. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.



6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



7. Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with the manager.



8. Participate in promotional activities, field visits, and marketing campaigns.



9. Handle customer objections and resolve issues politely and effectively.



10. Keep updated knowledge of company products, pricing, and offers.



Skills & Qualifications



1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



2. Good negotiation and convincing ability.



3. Basic knowledge of MS Office and phone/email etiquette.



4. Self-motivated and target-driven.



5. Ability to work independently and within a team.



6. Any graduate degree (Preferred but not compulsory).



7. Experience in sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
