We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Grand Mercure Mysore and ibis Styles Mysuru, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet budget goals
Establish and nurture new business relationships while maintaining existing accounts through well-executed action plans
Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to promote our products/services and generate leads
Convert sales leads into closed deals by following established parameters and utilizing persuasive selling techniques
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing clients
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, communicating tactical changes to management
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the company's profile in the marketplace
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within a corporate environment

Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations
