We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive in Bangalore. This is a front-line role responsible for driving both
B2B and on-ground sales
, from acquiring cafes, wellness studios, and retail partners to ensuring smooth operations, sampling, and brand visibility across the city. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about
wellness and F&B
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify, approach, and close new
B2B
partnerships with cafes, restaurants, gyms, and wellness spaces.
? Drive on-ground activations, retail tie-ups, and pop-up sales across Bangalore.
? Build and manage relationships with distributors, stockists, and partner outlets.
? Ensure visibility and proper product placement in all partner locations.
? Handle product sampling, pitch presentations, and customer education at events or stores.
? Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of sales campaigns and deliveries.
? Track and report performance metrics - sales targets, conversions, and feedback.
? Stay informed about competitor activity and local F&B trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
:

3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the F&B, wellness, or beverage industry
.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Self-driven, confident, and comfortable with on-ground sales and travel.
? Based in Bangalore with a strong understanding of the local F&B and cafe ecosystem.
? Prior experience in Matcha, tea, or health beverage brands is a plus.
