We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Junior Field Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and client relationships within Pune.
Core Responsibilities -
-Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
- New Business: Generate leads, cold call, and prospect new clients through in-person field visits.
- Sales Cycle: Conduct product demonstrations, effectively handle customer objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Reporting: Log all activities, customer interactions, and market feedback accurately using the company's CRM system.
- Territory Management: Efficiently plan daily routes to maximize time and coverage within the assigned territory.
Essential Requirements -
- Minimum 1-3 years proven experience in B2C or B2B
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MANDATORY: Must possess a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication in English and a strong working proficiency in a local language (English, Hindi, Marathi).
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, resilience, and time management.
