Identify and develop new corporate, travel agency, and event-related business.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and property visits to promote hotel services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the hotel management.
2. Market Research & Strategy
Understand local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Suggest promotional activities, sales strategies, and packages to attract business.
Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and contribute to planning.
3. Client Coordination
Handle inquiries related to rooms, banquets, conferences, and group bookings.
Coordinate with operations, front office, F&B, and banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of events and guest requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain updated records of sales calls, client details, and booking pipelines.
Prepare sales reports, forecast sheets, and revenue updates as required.
Ensure all agreements and documents are properly filed and updated.
5. Customer Service Excellence
Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after bookings.
Address client concerns or feedback promptly to maintain positive relationships.
Represent the hotel professionally at meetings, events, and trade shows.
