Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. Present product/service demonstrations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and present findings to management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
