Job Description

We are a growing

offset printing company

offering high-quality printing solutions for businesses. Our services include brochures, flyers, packaging materials, business cards, and more. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our B2B client base.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach new business clients (corporates, agencies, manufacturers, etc.) in the local area. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team for quotations and order execution. Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:



Graduate (any stream preferred). 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales (freshers welcome). Good communication and presentation skills. Interest in the printing and packaging industry. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.

Work Schedule:



Monday to Friday

(Day Shift) Occasional client visits in and around Bengaluru

Compensation:



Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹10,174.52 - ₹15,000.00 per month
