Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the staffing sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
