Position Overview:



We are seeking

Sales Executives

who have prior experience in the

Alco-Bev or Liquor domain

and are familiar with the market dynamics of

Whitefield, Bagalkunte, and Hebbal

. The role involves managing sales operations, maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and expand sales in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts. Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and availability across outlets. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Execute marketing and promotional activities as per company guidelines. Collect and analyze market feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the management team. Maintain accurate sales and collection records and provide regular reports.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years in the

Alco-Bev / Liquor industry

(mandatory).

Location Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in

Whitefield, Bagalkunte, or Hebbal

will be preferred.

Industry Restriction:

Applicants from other industries will not be considered. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve defined sales targets. Good knowledge of the local market and retail outlets.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in launching or promoting alcoholic beverage products. Existing relationships with key outlets and distributors in the region. Proficiency in maintaining sales reports and using digital tools for tracking.
