Key Responsibilities





Drive B2C sales through telesales and consultations, converting qualified leads into paying customers. Understand customers' health and fitness goals to recommend personalized wellness plans. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Manage customer data, follow-ups, and maintain accuracy in the CRM system. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Graduate with 1-3 years of B2C sales experience. Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills. Prior experience in healthcare, fitness, weight loss, or wellness domains preferred. Must be based in Delhi and open to hybrid work mode (onsite at GK-II). Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
