Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage
incoming calls and inquiries
from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other sources.
Make
cold calls
to potential customers such as builders, contractors, and institutions.
Share
product details, quotations, and offers
with clients via phone and WhatsApp.
Follow up
with leads until final order confirmation.
Maintain a record of daily calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in
Google Sheets or Excel
.
Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team for smooth delivery.
Report daily progress and sales updates to the manager/owner.
Requirements:
Good
communication and convincing skills
in Hindi and English (Kannada preferred).
Confidence to make
30-40 calls per day
.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Google Sheets).
Experience in
sales, telecalling, or IndiaMART lead handling
preferred.
Must be
target-oriented and self-motivated
.
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 - ?10,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: 1% per tank sale
Performance Bonus: Monthly reward for high achievers
