Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead conversion, client relationship management, and driving project sales
. You'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in interiors and construction projects, guiding them through the process from inquiry to final closure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets to suggest suitable design and construction solutions.
Conduct site visits, follow up on leads, and coordinate meetings between clients and design teams.
Present company services, project portfolios, and pricing in a professional and consultative manner.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure client expectations are met and leads are effectively nurtured.
Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing activities to promote Inferno Homes' brand and offerings.
Build long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in
sales
,
real estate
,
interior design
, or
home improvement
industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a passion for client service and sales.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
