Job Description

To consistently achieve showroom sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring highest sales conversion of walk-in customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling techniques. The role also involves maintaining attractive merchandise displays, following up with prospective customers, and ensuring optimal stock rotation through proactive reporting of non-moving items.

Graduates with 1 - 3 years of experience in the fine jewellery, diamond, or luxury retail segment is strongly preferred.

Consider significant experience in high-value, relationship-based sales with specialization in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
