Key Responsibilities



Welcome every visitor with sincerity and genuine warmth Assist senior sales executives during customer consultations and styling sessions Present jewellery collections with confidence -- explaining design stories, materials, and styling suggestions Support store operations including

inventory checks, packaging, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups

Maintain an elegant and organized in-store environment Coordinate

custom orders, resizing, and after-sales service

Follow all store procedures with accuracy and care Attend structured

training sessions on jewellery, styling, and communication


Requirements



0-1 year of experience (internships or campus roles are a plus) Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality Strong communication skills -- fluency in

English and Telugu

required;

Hindi

is a bonus Eagerness to learn about diamonds, gold standards, and luxury retail practices Willingness to work weekends and festive days (with compensatory weekday offs) Professional grooming and a confident presence Interest in long-term career growth within

luxury retail or client service
