Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Identify and engage potential partners to establish strategic collaborations. Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners to foster loyalty and maximize revenue opportunities. Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company goals. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide training and support to partners on product offerings and best practices. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies. Prepare reports on partnership performance and present findings to senior management.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management, preferably in a similar industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
