Reporting to: Showroom Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting showroom operations to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Assistance
Greet customers and understand their requirements
Provide product information and assist in purchase decisions
Sales Performance & KPI Achievement
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Follow standard sales processes for smooth transactions
Order, Advance & Repair Follow-up
Communicate proactively with customers regarding status updates
Tele calling & Customer Retention
Conduct Guest Connect calls to engage customers
Delivery & Post-Sales Process
Support smooth billing and delivery documentation
Participate in showroom-level promotional activities
Team Support & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations team to achieve goals

Ability to work in a team environment
Prior retail/jewelry sales experience preferred.
