We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales for our growing ice-cream manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, good technical aptitude, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients such as distributors, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), institutional buyers, and retail chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and
target new B2B
clients including distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa, corporate clients, and retail chains.
Promote and sell a wide range of ice cream products to business customers.
Understand client needs and present appropriate product offerings and solutions.
Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and client meetings across Bangalore and Goa.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve market penetration.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and resolve any issues related to orders or delivery.
