Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with around 2 years of experience in B2B sales to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for ERP / enterprise software solutions. You will generate leads, nurture prospects, present solutions, and close deals -- all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities via outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn), referrals, networking, events, and inbound leads.
Qualify and nurture leads to build a strong pipeline.
Conduct presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs tailored to prospect needs.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients--upsell and cross?sell modules or add-ons.
Track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and insights to leadership.
Collaborate with marketing, presales, product, and implementation teams to align proposals and deliver value.
Stay current on ERP market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to sharpen positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (~2 years) in
B2B sales
, ideally in software, enterprise solutions, or technology domain.
Strong track record in
: ability to understand modules, integrations, business processes, and articulate ERP value propositions.
Demonstrated ability in
revenue generation
-- meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing deals, managing renewals or upsell.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage pipeline, forecasts, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling [your specific ERP / domain] or within your target industries.
Existing network among SMEs / enterprises / relevant verticals.
Understanding of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain) relevant to your ERP product.
Willingness to travel or meet clients in person (if required).
