Key Responsibilities
To achieve assigned sales targets
Guest Interaction and Booking Assistance: Contact leads via phone, email. Manage initial guest enquirers, assist with booking.
Calls and Enquiries: Make calls to potential guest and handle daily enquiry.
Product/Service Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
Sales Support: Assist in proposals, quotations, Confirmation and Co-ordination.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good in English, Kannada, and Malayalam
Strong negotiation skill.
Quick Learner.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
