Sales Executive



We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Sales Representative to join our fast-paced and dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and a proven track record in technical sales, particularly with platforms such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow. This role will play a vital part in expanding our cloud offerings and helping clients optimize their IT operations.

Key Responsibilities



- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients seeking cloud-based IT solutions.

- Understand client business needs and technical requirements, particularly around service management and automation.

- Conduct tailored presentations and product demonstrations, focusing on cloud solutions and their benefits for organisational efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and solutions architecture, to customise offerings that meet client needs.

- Leverage experience with BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms to position our cloud solutions effectively.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cloud services.

- Deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure business.

- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly around cloud technology and service management, to provide informed insights to clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

- Represent Wolken at industry events and conferences, driving brand awareness and promoting our cloud solutions.

Qualifications:



- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in cloud solutions or IT service management.

- Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and their application in IT operations.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Comfortable working with teams across the globe in different time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
