Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Sales Representative to join our gadget service team. As a Business development associate you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our services to both individual customers and businesses. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development: Actively reach out to potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and whatsapp to convert them into sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their mobile repair requirements.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest mobile devices and technologies to provide accurate information and technical guidance to customers, showcasing our expertise in mobile repair services.

Quotations and Pricing: Prepare and present detailed quotations for mobile repair services based on customer requirements. Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Reporting: Maintain comprehensive sales reports, including leads, conversions, and revenue figures. Provide regular updates to the management team.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to improve the quality of our mobile repair services and enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with the mobile repair technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Proven sales experience in a relevant industry, preferably in mobile devices or electronics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. A strong understanding of mobile devices and their repair processes. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to customers. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
