Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Client Meetings & Consultation:
Understand client requirements, provide property recommendations, and conduct site visits.
Sales & Negotiation:
Present property options, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions effectively.
Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate trends, property rates, and new developments in Bangalore.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Coordination:
Assist clients with legal paperwork, agreements, and transaction formalities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-5 years
of experience in real estate sales or a related field (Freshers with strong sales acumen can apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate market is a plus.
Must have a two-wheeler for client visits.
