Cradlewell is India's first structured postnatal and newborn care provider, delivering hospital-grade nursing support at home. Our certified nurses assist new mothers and families with recovery, newborn care, and day-to-day medical support. We're building a trusted brand in consumer healthcare, and our sales team plays a key role in helping families access these essential services.

Roles and Responsibilities



Identify and qualify leads from digital campaigns, doctor referrals, hospital networks, and walk-ins. Conduct consultative calls with families to understand their needs (mother's recovery, premature baby, feeding support, etc.). Explain Cradlewell's service packages (4hr, 12hr, 24hr) with empathy and clarity. Handle objections (pricing, decision-making with family members) and close sales effectively. Track sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho or equivalent). Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide feedback from customers to operations and marketing teams.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management 1-3 years of experience in sales (healthcare, or service industry preferred).

Compensation & Benefits



Fixed salary ( based on experience) + performance-based incentives. Incentives linked to closed deals and repeat customers. Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Every Saturday: Work From Home (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,169.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
