Job Summary
We are seeking an International Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle, driving business expansion in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will take over existing customer accounts from the marketing team, nurture relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-driven professional to expand our international market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
? Manage and grow existing customer accounts handed over by the marketing team.
? Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
? Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to closing deals and post-sales relationship management.
? Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and ingredient distribution companies.
? Identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
? Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
? Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands.
? Represent Ingex Botanicals at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility.
? Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
? Ability to travel internationally as required for business development and client meetings.
Required Skills
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
? Knowledge of global trade regulations, contract negotiations, and logistics.
? Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies
? Expertise in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management
? Understanding of the botanical extracts, nutraceutical, and dietary supplement industries
