Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling dental professionals, ensuring the company's products are well-represented and preferred in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Target:

Ensure that all the monthly/ quarterly and yearly targets are achieved.

Sales Promotion:

Present and promote products to dental professionals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and facilitate sales.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand Client needs.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit sales daily/weekly/monthly reports, forecasts, and expense reports as required.

Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Collection:

Timely payment collection as per the billing cycle & meeting the collection target

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Skills:

Persuasion and negotiation skills. Customer service orientation. Analytical skills for market and sales data analysis. Adaptability to changing environments and product lines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

Travel within assigned area to meet clients and attend events. Regular meetings and presentations with dental industry professionals.

Pay: ₹10,166.50 - ₹25,584.28 per month
