Hepi is a smart in-room guest engagement and marketing platform for hotels. We help hotels use their guest room TVs to promote services, increase revenue, and deliver a better guest experience with IPTV, OTT, and digital ordering built-in.
Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive who is excited to start a career in hospitality tech. You'll learn how to present our product to hotels, build relationships, and support the sales process from pitch to closure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands hotel environments, and wants to grow in a fast-moving tech company.
What You'll Do
Learn the Hepi platform and understand how it helps hotels
Reach out to hotels, system integrators, and hospitality partners
Support the team in setting up meetings and demos
Help prepare sales presentations and proposals
Follow up with prospects and keep records updated
Attend hotel events or expos (when required)
What We're Looking For
1-4 year of work experience
Strong communication skills and confidence in talking to people
Interest in hospitality, technology, and sales
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Comfortable with email, phone, and video meetings
Based in Bangalore and Goa and willing to travel if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
